Near the main street of the district as you head up the stairs, Blink/Far Reach to a short wall of a building and then jump to a balcony over the road. If you Blink/Far Reach downward, there is a bonecharm on the platform.Īs soon as you enter the Atrium of the Addermire Institute, look for an abandoned cart of luggage in the center of the room that hides the Bonecharm.Ī black bonecharm is on the highest roof of the area. You can Blink/Far Reach across rooftops from the Overseer building to a roof with a dead body on it.
